Our first expansion outside Romania begins with a simple aim: bring Pixel Bowl closer to our partners. We chose Dublin as the place to start that international chapter.

For our first move beyond Romania, we wanted a location that would keep us connected to partners in both Ireland and the UK. Dublin offered the combination we were looking for: a technology hub with considerable potential and a setting in which we could develop those relationships more closely.
That is the purpose behind the choice. A local presence gives us a base from which to listen, understand what teams need and work towards the right support for their projects.
Bucharest is where Pixel Bowl began. Brașov is opening a new chapter in education and technical development. Dublin adds another dimension: an international connection that can help the wider studio grow alongside its partners.
Our Dublin plan begins with Solutions. Before expanding into a broader team, we want to establish a clear foundation around understanding partner needs and shaping how Pixel Bowl can support them.
For us, that means making room for the conversations behind a project: where the development team is today, what it is trying to achieve and where additional expertise could help. Starting with Solutions keeps those questions close to the centre of our expansion.
We want to begin with the work our partners need—and build the team around that understanding.
This is a deliberate first phase. It allows the Dublin presence to develop a clear role within Pixel Bowl, connected to the experience and capabilities of the teams we have already built.
Following Solutions, our next planned step is Business Development. The aim is to deepen existing relationships and create new ones across the UK and Ireland, with a stronger understanding of the projects and people we can support.
We see these stages as connected. Solutions helps define the support a project needs. Business Development helps us develop the relationships through which that work can happen.
Establish the initial focus around partner needs and how Pixel Bowl’s expertise can support their projects.
Build on that foundation to strengthen relationships and explore new opportunities in the UK and Ireland.
Once the initial operation is established, our intention is to expand the Dublin team across additional service pillars. The shape and pace of that growth will follow the needs of the business and our partners.
We are approaching this as a sequence of meaningful steps. First, establish the Solutions focus. Then develop the commercial relationships. From there, build the broader team on a stable foundation.
Dublin is our first international chapter, and it is still taking shape. What is already clear is why we chose it: to stay closer to the people we work with and create room for Pixel Bowl’s next stage of growth.
