This time we are searching for an amazing Project Lead to join our growing QA Team and help guide our colleagues through amazing projects, fighting deadlines and celebrating successful launches.
Our next QA Project Lead is a key member of the project team, working closely with the Project Manager and the QA Manager ensuring that all their projects are completed on time and with great results. He/She/They oversee one or more projects and is primarily responsible for administrative and operational tasks.
We structured our QA Project Lead role in 3 main categories of responsibilities:
Client Service He/She/They will offer support for the team with regards to client requirements, needs and requests (asset management, reporting, meetings etc.) Develops and fosters strong working relationships with partner/client teams. Steps in to identify and resolve all potential conflicts, escalates to middle and top management. Project Management Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives. Coordinate new/existing projects with all functions such as scheduling, resource allocation, work assignments etc. Think creatively and systematically to help improve operational processes. Recommend, drive and implement process improvements that support scalability and learner and partner growth. Break projects into doable actions/assignments, set timeframes, supervise and provide status reports to leadership. Gather, track, update, audit and organize all partner/s data. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Ensuring that client/s needs are met as the projects evolves.
People Management Is the mentor for his team members and is responsible for their professional growth. Has the capacity to draft training materials regarding specific QA subjects. Understand and develop the strengths of team members, encouraging them to make the best of their abilities. Sets clear, realistic goals, objectives and performance standards for self and the team. Uses known best practices to guide direction of collaborative efforts and avoid repeating mistakes. Provides constructive feedback on individual performance, suggestions and ideas. Requirements 3+ years of experience in similar roles. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management. Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills. Excellent English skills, both written and verbal. PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
